Donations Group – Thursday Nights @ 7:00 Discovery Lab ECB

Last
semester, this group searched for companies that were willing to donate
either supplies or money to the people of Muramba. We were very
successful. Office Depot donated 300 backpacks filled with school
supplies, which were sent over to Muramba last winter break.

Now
we have a new focus. We are going to organize a benefit concert,
scheduled for the end of the semester, which will raise money to send
Muramban children to school. We are starting from scratch with this
idea, so it will take time and effort, but hopefully it will do a lot
of good. Along with this endeavor, we hope to get some smaller
donations from other businesses in the area.
