So i'd love to get ideas flowing online, for both the stove design group and the donations group.   Here are some of my ideas for the donations group: We should not limit our opportunities by being intimidated by larger companies.  I think we should think big...from the very beginning.  Smaller companies and local efforts will be very important too.  On top of contacting the Bill and Linda Gates foundation, we should talk to local libraries and the such.  We need to consider how we are going to send the donations over there.  The flights have very strict weight limits, so we can't smuggle anything in, so we must ship, which will be expensive. This means we have to generate money in some way.  IDeas:     start a campus-wide effort: posters, fliers everywhere=get people                         involved.       ask companies not only for material donations, but also monetary                         donations to help cover the cost.     Every little bit helps:  bakesales and such (may be too time                                   consuming...ideas anyone?) If anyone has ANY ideas about anything concerned with this topic, please post!!!
