A message from Mike Paddock, our third speaker in EWB's lecture series concerning sustainability:

"Sustainable Community Development in Guatemala"

I will discuss my experience in community development and implementing
engineering projects in Guatemala. There is more to a project than
building a school, bridge or drinking water system. The real goal is
helping a community build a strong organization that can implement
programs on its own - a sustainable community organization.
